Frequency Response of Identification Filter

The magnitude response of such a filter is plotted below:

This magnitude response is calculated simply by calculating the DTFT of the impulse response and plotting its magnitude. Notice that it is not a particularly good narrowband filter (the sidebands indicate that some frequencies will not be attenuated as much as we would like). Nonetheless, it will do for our purposes.
